Sue reported that our current bank balance is $8,897.33 residents have paid their dues in full. Second bills are going out next week. Recent disbursements are:

The only known upcoming bill is for plowing, which Sue estimates will come in at $1,600.
Linda Knorr has been gathering material which could be put together into a "How To Be Nice To The Lake" handbook. She will put together a prototype and email it to the board during December. We will discuss it at the January meeting.
